On Tuesday 20th January 2026, the Climate APPG hosted Minister for Industry, Chris McDonald MP, for a private briefing on the Clean Energy Jobs Plan which sets out the government's approach to tackling skills shortages in growing clean energy sectors, ensuring jobs in the sector are high quality, and supporting people to enter the clean energy workforce.
